Being completely honest, I've had good experiences and bad experiences with this location. Today was an excellent experience. Also, I'm glad Marissa doesn't work there anymore. I refused to shop as long as she was there.

I was greeted as soon as I came in the door. The sales person who helped me was friendly and answered my questions and showed me the charms that interested me. I was sad to find out the "50" charm was sold out but she felt it was just out of stock and she was sure it would be available soon as it was a new charm. I was excited when I saw it on the website as we celebrated our 50th Anniversary and had no charm to commemorate it. Thank you for finally making one.

They greet you right away. Ask what you are looking for. Then tailor what to she you.

Great customer service! I went in looking for a specific ring, but in the options they didn't have that specific ring, however, they did have a ring that was very similar. And when I said it was like that ring but smaller, the sales associate knew exactly what I was looking for and went all over looking for it in my size. I was very impressed with the atmosphere and how nice everyone was. Will definitely be going back.

The customer service at this store is extraordinary! All of the staff have wonderful knowledge about the products. Most times I end up buying more than I came for because the staff makes wonderful recommendations.
