Bright and clean store and the easiest to get around Ive ever been in. Extremely knowledgable and helpful employees. Always has the sizes I need in stock. I enjoy conversations with the employees here and always leave with a smile.

The two women at the store were very knowledgeable about the different charms, specifically about the Colorado charms. They were really nice and attentive. I would go back t this store

I had been to the store a week ago with the purpose of purchasing the Honeybee ring, however the store did not have the size that I wanted. They offered to transfer it in from another store. I went in today to pick up the ring and also look at some charms. Sue, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and kind. I truly enjoyed my visit with her, it was like shopping with a friend.

I was highly satisfied because I was able to find what I was looking for!!

The sales associate was very polite she looks for things under the counter to help me to make my selection and I kind of describes what I was looking for and she was able to take me right to it

The biggest reason we go into the store is that Sue is an amazing employee and has always treated us great. We love going in to see Sue. We love seeing Sue and is a big reason we come in the store.

Is was very clean, the associates were nice, everything was well organized. It was easy to walk in and get what I wanted and walk out

Sue contacted me to let me know the new Colorado engraved bear was in. She put some aside for me, and I had to stop by and pick it up. The store is always well laid out with wonderful examples of bracelets, rings, etc.

I was in the market to buy a bracelet for my administrative assistant's retirement (34 years with the organization. I had a very unpleasant experience with a certified Pandora dealer online. My order arrived on the day of the party incomplete, with no communication beforehand that a couple of the items were on back order. It was a terrible experience. However, when I called the Pandora corporate number, Tamisha absolutely saved the day! She talked me off my ledge, and found a single retailer (the Flat Irons Crossing store) that had one of each of the back ordered items in stock. I was able to drive out to the store and the wonderful staff assembled the bracelet with the other charms and wrapped it. I bad it back for the party with time to spare. I hope this message gets back to Tamisha as well as the FIC store staff. You were all wonderful, patient and incredibly gracious. Sandy (my Admin) was absolutely stunned by the gift and could not help showing it off. The beautiful bracelet and charms were only second to the beautiful smile on Sandy's face as we celebrated 34 years of love and service. Thank you Tamisha and FIC staff. You all saved the day.

Sue was fantastic. We enjoyed sharing personal stories with each other. She was a champ and persistent in looking around the store for the exact product and size I needed and was never discouraged, even when the product was placed somewhere different than where it should have been. I will definitely come back.
