I am unsatisfied with the return policy. Before I could exchange my pandora bracelet of equal value for a larger size at any time, the new return policy only gives me 30 days after purchase to make changes. In a post covid world, 30 days is not sufficent time make changes on products.

The store was understandably busy being the weekend of Mother's Day. As a result you had to stay at your designated spot and have an associate bring you things, which made it more difficult to browse. I wanted to look at earrings in addition to what I purchased, but didn't bother because it wasn't worth the hassle. There was additionally a wait for ring up, but afain it was busy. The cleaning machine was also broken (per the associate has been several years that the part needed has been on order), and the other "nearby" stores are too far away for me to take my pieces for cleaning. I will say the associate was very helpful, cheerful, and made the visit as pleasant possible given the circumstances. Lastly, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back the other colors of leather wrap bracelets!!!!! I misss my grey that I lost, and never got a chance to buy the other colors. I kind of loathe the light blue color one in addition to it not being a wraparound style. Seriously, I will buy pink, purple, and grey if they ever were offered again. A dark blue would be perfect as well.

Looking for a specific charm and it was unavailable, fortunately the sales associate recommended I return the following week for full stock.

Trying to get charms fixed has been agrivating, do not want to replace charms because of sentimental reason. My braclet was given to me after my daughter died.
