First time shopping there. Wasn’t sure what to expect. But I was content for my first time jewelry shopping at Pandora. May now that ive visited i know what more to look into.

I am new to Pandora. My sister is turning 60 and we are having a surprise party for her. I mentioned that she lives in Florida and that we had gotten her the Mickey Mouse charm. After saying this, the associate wanted to show me only the Disney charms. As mentioned, she is 60 not 6 and I said this to her. When asking about a seashell charm she immediately went to the Ariel charm, again I felt like she wasn't listening and I am going to another location where my mother was highly satisfied with her experience a few days ago.

The sales associates need to be less pushy. I selected one charm and while still looking was repeatedly asked "is that all" or "what else" while clearly browsing. Probably would have purchased more but felt rushed/in the way. I could understand if there was a line but we were the only ones in the whole store.

I was unsure about the fitting of a current bracket that I have that was given to me as a gift. However I was able to find one that fit my wrist correct and also able to exchange which made it an easy and smooth process.

The only reason I was not highly satisfied was because of selection, but being right after Christmas this was to be expected.

While showing the sale associate the item I was looking for on my phone, she began touching my phone screen. I didn't feel this was appropriate, especially with Covid.

Discovered when I got home that one of the bracelets was the wrong size. The store is not close to me so it is difficult for me to return the item for exchange. The bracelets were in the wrong bags so someone at the store placed them back incorrectly.

I went in 30 minutes before store closed. I felt very rushed and couldn't take time to really look. I didn't realize store closed at 6:00. I looked on website before I got to the mall which said open until 7:00. I thought I had more time. I told sale staff and said they knew about post and knew time hadn't been changed. I was disappointed and drove specifically to shop pandora.
