There were only 2 sales associates in the store so I was waiting for like 10-15 mins while they were helping other people. I came in a few weeks before Christmas so I knew there would be quite a few people there. I thought you would have more sales people working. But overall I am still satisfied with my visit to pandora and will be returning to my my wife more charms.

There were some aspects I was highly satisfied with during my visit. Overall, the store is a good place to shop, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I felt sort of rushed to select a ring

Did not have some of the charms I was looking for

I would have preferred getting my charm in the cute box instead of the little bag

It was my first time there and first time buying merchandise from this store so I can not rate the product without wearing it for a while. Once I know the value of the metal made of purchase that I can rate on it

The sales people acted disinterested and lacked interaction. We felt like we intruded on their space and not welcome there.

The store clerk was friendly. However, she did not know much about the names of the products nor the prices off the top of her head. She had to refer to the price guide several times when I wanted to know the price, which took up quite a bit of time. Furthermore, while I was looking at the merchandise she was talking with a fellow store associate and didn't seem fully committed to making the customer have a "Highly Satisfied" Pandora experience.

Environment is small. Run into customers and staff.

The clasp for the bracelet (a round clasp with "Pandora" stamped on it") is extremely difficult to open. It takes a screwdriver for me to pry into the clasp and open it. The clasp cannot be opened with a fingernail. I do not see another way of opening the clasp.
