Just a very busy time, store was a little crowded

I have been researching Pandora on-line and this was only the second time in the store. I felt rushed and didn't have much help picking out the charms. The sales clerk was making a list of every charm I asked to look at and wish she would have told me the total cost of the charms before I got to the counter to pay for them because I was shocked at the total.

I was told they couldn't clean my charms. Many charms were not displayed in the cases but under the cabinet. I had to ask the salesperson if they had it.

I find better service at the Jared store and easy access to view the charms. This store had very little displayed. I won’t shop there again.

I felt odd standing at the door waiting for someone to say I could come in. This made me somewhat feel like a pet you could say. Then when I did go in the lady that helped us was very polite, but someone came over to help her (a co-worker) but it felt like she was overbearing. This made the experience feel overwhelming, I know they were being helpful, but it was a lot at the moment. This was also on a Friday at 2:00 pm the mall was empty, so not sure why the sign at the front or the need for employees to make other employees feel unknowledgeable.

Sales associate who helped was as bad as a car salesman. We couldn’t just look at charms we had to answer a lot of questions with her hovering felt very anxious with here there

I had asked a question about the promotion I saw online where it said buy two get one free the young lady who took care of us didn’t know so she asked her coworker and she said that was on the weekend so I didn’t hear her and I said last weekend or this weekend coming up and she said last with attitude they both were not very friendly.

I went into the store for one reason, I strategically planned out the items I wanted to purchase to complete my jewelery collection and to my surprise the sale only applied to earrings and rings. I get that it was a sale, but when items are about the same price point it should not matter if it is earrings, rings, necklaces or bracelets. They are all staple items that keep happy customers return.

I purchased a gift set in Christmas and the sells person said I could not return the gift for store credits. The gift was never used or opened until the graduation day of May 30th, 2018. Your return/exchange policy is not very friendly. I did purchase a ring for my daughter because she likes the design. But, I feel the quality of Pandora is going down sadly. Love PANDORA in the pass and it's not anymore. until we see something quality. Thank you for listening. Wendy

The first sales associate seemed she wasn't happy about my questions about the charms. She did not offer to to show me the catalog and I had to ask her to see the catalog. She did not care about me. The second sales associate was really nice.
