The sales person at the Pandora I visited was not kind or friendly. The experience felt rushed and I felt like I was not taken seriously. There was a change of attitude when the sales person knew I was going to purchase multiple jewelry pieces, yet my experience was not fulfilled.

We love pandora, but the last three times I've been in to make a purchase the sales associates are always rude. I always feel rushed. They are never helpful, and I feel more like a burden when trying to make a purchase. I was looking at rings for my daughter and the sales associate I was working with was slowly pulling the tray away from me. I asked her if she could be patient as I wasn't done looking. It makes me feel like my service is not needed.

Sales associate seemed rushed and just wanted to get out. I had to search for what I was looking for. Sales associate said it was a long day, which I understand but you still give customers your best.

The lady at the time had no knowledge of the bracelet I showed her online that I wanted. She basically said I didn’t know what I was talking about. Bought wrong one and had to exchange it for the one I showed her online.

The people at this store was in the back room and when one had to come out to help me all I got was attitude. Was not friendly at all. Will not go back into this store unless you get new staff.

When I arrived we were greeted nicely however they gave us our jewelry in cheap white boxes when in the mother’s day collection clearly showed cute pink box’s. I was also doubled charged for mother’s day charm so had to go back and get a refund for fhi r mistake. I went back and asked for The pink box and said they had to look through cameras first before they could just hand me one.

Staff is ALWAYS non-friendly, never smiles, they always make me feel like I am a bother to them. I brought my bracelet in to have it cleaned and the cleaner has been broken for four months now, really? One of the team members told me I can take my bracelet home and clean it myself with soap and water, when I told her that I cannot seem to get it clean when I do that she proceeded to tell me "well that is all we would do here". You do something different at the store because when it is cleaned there it always looks like new. Very disappointed that I could not get my bracelet cleaned. Also after my purchase the lady never told me thank you, have a nice day...nothing.

Salesperson was rude and very impatient to look and or explain as to what we needed. Made our daughters experience very unpleasant for her first ring. Needs to go to etiquette school and or customer service training

First off, I was charged twice for one ring. I found this out after I left. Lastly, the sales associate Alejandra A (No. 201111) at location flat irons mall was so rude. I asked about a product I saw online and asked if they had it in store and if it was on sale. She immediately says “we don’t sell anything in here on sale”. I understood this and then proceeded to ask if they even just had the ring in rose gold in stock at their location; still gave me attitude. I then asked if I could look at their other rings. As I asked to look at one she says it’s $55. It was as if she didn’t believe I could afford to make a purchase here or she was bothered to be doing her job. (Which she clearly doesn’t as she didn’t know how to work the machine that charged me twice for one product) I’ve shopped at Pandora many times before, but this will definitely be my last. I can’t be bothered to even return my purchase or fight to get my refund for the double charge because my experience here was so terrible. I hope Alejandra can get some better customer service skills and maybe not discriminate against customers who walk into her store. Very displeased.
