I am always very satisfied when I visit this store. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond to meet all your requirements. The Sales Clerk Sarah is particularly pleasant and extremely helpful.

Highly satisfied is a very special rating. While the experience at the store was great I feel there is always room for improvement. There is no shame in being rated as Satisfying! As far as what could be done to make it better...Store could be larger, selections could be larger and perhaps more Disney product.

I was satisfied because the sales associate knew which charm I wanted after I described it. I wasn’t highly satisfied because the machines used for check out weren’t working. The associate had to try three different machines to check me out which took a lot of time.
