I just wasn't because one of the bracelets I had seen online the associate seen not to have knowledge about it. However, that doesn't or won't stop me from purchasing anything else.

On line it stated what I was looking at was “in stock”. But when I got to store they didn’t have it. I bought something else and am ok with it. It is for a gift

Associate wasnt very patient or very nice Did not seem like she really wanted to help us at all mayfair was the location

I loved the associates personality and attitude - she was fun too, as was her colleague. Unfrotunately, I felt rushed, because there was a line and not alot of information was given for the item I bought - i.e. the meaning of the piece I bought. I also bought the clasp opener and she wasn't able to show me how it worked, because she couldn't open the last box she had? Weird.

There is no reason. I waited outside the door for 15 minutes, which was fine since there were only 2 associates working. The selection was ok, there are more to choose from online, which is to be expected.

I felt a little rushed. The associate stated several times that they were out of some of the newer items. She did help me put my bracelets back on once I put my new beads on

There was a sign when I entered, stating to stand at the entrance of the store, and wait for an associate to call you. After waiting for almost 20 minutes and having the associates standing behind the register, staring at me helping one other person I was very dissatisfied. Finally Grace came back from lunch and was amazing.

The cost of charms is a little high. I don't like the fact you can't sleep or shower with the bracelets on. Loses shine quick.

Had to wait in line to get into store. Sales person wasn’t the friendliest person.
