Stones in my ring fell put. I thought I could get it fixed and or exchange. But 1yr warranty was expired. I had no idea you had a 1yr warranty! Horrible policy.

Ask for bracelet next size up from my wrist but when had my granddaughter tried it on her wrist didn’t fit her. Salesperson gave me size smaller then my wrist.

When I first got there I waited for 5 mins before anyone acknowledged me there were associates available and when looking I felt rushed

The store doesn’t always have the size necklace or ankle bracelet available sometimes I have to come back
