Mainly due to the fact of the lack of options of charms. I came later into the day, and since of the sale there was less options. I’m understanding there was a sale, I am however happy with what I purchased.

I was not Highly satisfied because of the timing that I was there it was the day after Christmas so the line was long and I felt like I had to rush and I knew I didn’t but just for respect for others waiting in line.

There was a long wait to get into the store. When I was in the store, the sales associate was not 100% dedicated to me and I felt more like I was being rushed.

There aren’t too many options of charms that can go along with my ‘pandora me’ bracelet.

I had to wait outside of the store for 45 minutes to an hour because they were only letting 6 customers in at a time😣
