I don’t live in Wisconsin but otherwise yes I would return to this store

I visited the store, with no knowledge of your jewelry accept from word of mouth. Sale lady was very helpful, with answering my questions. She was very well spoken and polite.

There is no particular reason. This visit was merely a satisfactory visit. There wasn't anything to blow my mind, nor was there anything to disappoint me.

the sales people was kind rude and not so helpful

Although I was very satisfied I always buy the expensive charms but there are $20 ones I often ask for the $20 charms which I’m never shown even when I ask and I’m not sure why I don’t say anything because some same time get irritated

The service that I receive when I enter and exit the stores and how polite the works are and how that make sure the areas are keep clean after every customer.

The service was good.

The line and wait time is ridiculous. I stood in line for 50 minutes for 5 minutes of service.

Just with the whole covid-19 in line for almost an hour kind of wish the line would have went a little bit more quicker but I do understand
