You cannot walk through the store to look at anything at all. I was expected to come in with an idea of what I wanted and then it would be brought to that counter. Also, there is something that was said to be in stock at this store online and in the store they said they did not have it. This is the second time I have experienced an issue where it was said this location had something in stock and then the store said they did not. The last time I actually placed an online order for pick up that was then cancelled by Pandora syating the store could not locate the item.

I was highly satisfied with service, however I felt a little bit of rush with service. I love the customer service experience over the telephone best. But overall it was good service very satisfied.

The wait time to enter the store was very long. Im sure due to the size of the store and Covid. It's just frustrating, otherwise the service was good.

I always buy charms for my daughters on special occasions.

The salesperson was very friendly and helpful with the Exchange of my bracelet and telling me about the free cleaning of jewelry

When I called on the phone there was so much background noise it was very hard to hear the associate. Also had to wait in line outside the store do to limited people in Store because of Covid. I Had items on hold to purchase and an associate should be able to check the line of customers for just pick up orders.I didn’t need to browse the store as I am a return customer and was going to make a immediate purchase and not browse.
