The salesl lady that work with me was very nice and helpful, but the onther sale lady was rude she act like people didn't have money to shop there

They ran out of 3 of the 4 charms I really wanted

I placed my order online and received the wrong item in the mail.

One sale cleck, was in a hurry, the other who sold me my items was very helpful and nice

At the time of my visit the store was very low on most items. Although the staff was very welcoming and friendly

I bought the Reflection bracelet at pleasant Prairie I thought it was a bend in the bracelet so I asked the associate and she stated no. When in fact there was a bend that caused a snag in my clothes. I’m very glad that I was able to get a replacement with no problem.
