The staff wasn’t sure which chain I was purchasing. There wasn’t a tag and it was not in a bag. They decided it was the most expensive chain. I told them I would not purchase the chain unless it was a new one in a bag or with a tag so that I could be certain it was the expensive one and not the cheaper version. It took 20 min to find one. If merchandise isn’t clearly marked, customers are unsure they are buying what they are paying for.

the sales representatve Brad was very friendly and welcoming. he offered to assist with my online purchhase .The store was cleaned after and before each person . Great Job

They said that I would receive a free charm with my purchase then was told they sold out the first day. I asked if they had anything else in place of it they said they will but was not told what but since I made my purchase that I will not receive a free charm because they were not told what to give in place of it yet. I think they should still have given me something since that was the offer if a purchase was made.

The bracelet I really wanted y’all did not have my size and some of the selection I was looking at was limited but only because customers were buying. It was my first time purchasing anything from your store so what I got I am satisfied I will be back to eventually get what I really want. Thanks

The store was pretty packed. I had to wait outside untill the store was at a smaller capacity. Ovwralll very good

The selection of items that I wanted was not available I was looking for items regarding retirement. I had to settle for items Close to what I wanted.

My experience at the Pandora store at Mayfair was a delightful time. Even though I arrived at the last minute the associate was still very kind enough to assist me. I purchased a charm. The associate also provided me with a catalog of the charms and a duster bag. I will go back to this location as everyone was wonderful and joyous. I was Highly Satisfied!!!!
