The selection was poor. I wanted a charm for my 66 year old mother’s birthday. I asked for the queen charm but it wasn’t in stock. I’m disappointed in the selection at this store. Can we carry more local charms like “Milwaukee” or “Wisconsin “ charm or UWM or Teacher or mother charms?

What i was looking for sold out. .After cleaning my items got home and they came off.

The selection was close to nonexistent.

During my visit to the store I was requested to wait outside the door and I thought it was due to other customers being helped but it was because the associate was busy talking to another co-worker. I cherish my time and rather it not be wasted. I knew exactly the item I wanted and the size based on browsing the internet and I wanted to buy and leave right away, but this plan was hindered due to what appeared to be nonsense.

Out of stock every time

My 1st issue is the stores are too small really at this time of year, my cousin put my name on the list before i arrived and i still had to wait once i arrived. The associate offered to clean my bracelets which was great however they were still dirty after she did, that cleaner does not clean but other then that the sales associate was super wonderful
