I was not highly satisfied because we had to by our name on a wait list and return to the store.

There were many charms that you guys were out of so it wasn’t a good selection

It was very busy day after thanksgiving had to wait a while

Out of stock of things I wanted. Clips change color too easy. Needs better discounts and promotions.

Staff at the store were friendly, however the items were more expensive than they needed to be. Overall, this was a good experience.

A little bit of a line in the store and was not advised that we needed to sign in. Walked around for a little while before we were told to sign in. Some merchandise was unavailable in the metal we wanted or out of stock.

Simply felt the sales lady wasn’t exceptionally warm and friendly. It makes a difference!

The first store I went to did not have the items I wanted. They call another store but after they called the store they started looking around the store for the bracelets I wanted. They had already called the store to place my bracelets on hold.

I am not much of a critique, I do however feel the store could be bigger.

There was a little wait, which was okay. I would like a butterfly by it self for my type of bracelet. Also was looking for something associated with August for a birthday gift. Would like more styles at a reasonable price.
