Associate didnt let me see alot of charms. It felt like I was rushed. Be more patient.

When I walked in the store there was a rep helping two customers, she never acknowledged me to say hello, or I will be with you in a minute. The lead sales rep came out and she was very friendly and helpful but while helping me the other representative comes over and asks her to help her print her last transaction because it was her highest sale, as if I wasn't standing there trying to complete a purchase, she could have waited until the lead sales rep was finished helping me. Ultimately the lead sales rep gave her verbal instructions and continued to assist me.

Two workers and neither acknowledged us the entire time we were there. Came back hour later and I asked for help. Lady was so rude.

It seemed as though the the sales associate was new maybe, and the manager didn’t want to help her.

Because people was not willing to be helpful on a timely manner. And it really was not busy
