Not enough workers I had to wait atleast 20mins before someone approached me.

Staffing was the worst

There was a lot of people in the store and not enough store associates. I was upset that the quality of the bracelet was not the best and broke within 3 months of receiving the gift. Lastly the store was crowed and I didn't feel as though I had enough room to walk around without bumping into someone, or being in someone's way to look at an item.

Unavailable to view all of the item I was looking for. Sales person pulled out individual pieces from under the counter to show me. After 3 tries I just picked one. Maybe there was one I liked better, she just hadn't gotten to it yet.

Staff friendly and very welcoming, staff listened to my needs and was able to assist with the perfect gift

The associate was not friendly at all. Didn't want to take the time to take items out of the case for us to see.
