The sales associate didn't have much knowledge of product or where products were 8n the store.

Not enough sales associates staffed 2 customers blocked 2 of the largest show cases so I missed a lot of product Should have longer hours this close to the holiday

The reflection bracelet that I came in to purchase was unavailable. You were out of my size and I couldn’t order it. I was put on a list waiting for it to come in.

My first interaction with the sales clerk wasn't the best, she kind of made me feel like I was wasting time. It was when I decided to purchase, that's when she perked up and acted interested.

The sale associate was not that friendly but she was not rude. The visit was not as pleasant and the other times I visited the store.

1st time a week ago came to location was unable to get any assistance. 2nd time an extremely long wait to get help and sales people that just look your direction and acknowledge you.

I am still waiting over 3 weeks to exchange a ring for a smaller size that I purchased online. The store says they ordered the other size. Disappointed in the long time it is taking to be able to exchange the ring.

I was the first customer in the store just as it was opening so I'm not sure if the sales person wasn't quite ready, but she didn't greet me in anyway. Then another customer came in seconds after me and still the sales person said nothing. When I told her what I was looking for she just pulled the tray out and really didn't say anything. I found it to be rude and would probably go to Jared for future charms where the sales people are very friendly and courteous.
