The three girls had difficulty helping me with a return/repair. Older retired style. Broken clasp....new gift to me. Haven't heard back on how we will resolve....they couldn't find pricing for return. One girl did help me exchange size on a different bracelet. Beautiful store. Hope I get some resolution. Thank You. I was disappointed in the lack of knowledge the sales associate had. When I asked questions about sale items she was not able to answer my questions. A bracelet I asked about she was unable to find. She did not ask the other sales associate if they had more in stock or if they would get more.

Understandably, the store had low selection of Mother's Day charms. I was able to find a charm but that too was the last one.

during my visit I was not greeted at all. I was overwhelmed with selection and books. I had no idea where to start. finally I was acknowledged the item I really wanted was not available. I had to make a different selection I felt the cashier was irritated because I was looking for something different and couldn't find something similar but he offered no help. I found something more expensive and the cashier a guy he was also the manager- I forgot his name charged my card twice. I was unhappy so I am waiting on my monies to be credited back to my card-- day 2 of the wait. I'm not sure if I will not return back to Pandora

Store has gone down hill significantly. It used to be a treat to go there but yesterday was a “blah” visit. In all honesty I’d even choose to browse. Came in for what I wanted and left.

I’m am satisfied because it was a quick easy in and out trip. Everyone was helpful. Everyone was kind.

I was over all very satisfied, the only problem is the rings only go up to a 9 in their store and the 9 and 3/4 they don’t have in the store. So some rings did not fit my ring ringer. Pandora would have more costumers if they made there ring sides bigger.

The lady that helped me was injured and rolled through the store in a chair when her assistance was needed - no big deal. But she was not too friendly and acted like some of my questions (first time pandora buyer) were stupid and told me multiple times that something wasn’t in stock but when I would ask again (color, size that I knew that were options online when I looked) they were in stock. Wasn’t too impressed by her professionalism.
