I’m highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the salesperson was very friendly, and caring. She was very well informed on the products I was looking for.

Store in Mayfair is very small. There were 6 customers shopping. 3 clerks assisting. I was able to find the exact item I wanted within a minute of entering the store. Bradley W. Approached me within a minute to offer assistance. I showed him the item I wanted, he asked if I knew what size I needed, i said yes, 7. Bradley walked behind the case, pulled out a tray and I spotted the ring I wanted wedged between the tray edges. Brad asked if I needed it wrapped or if I would like to wear it out of the store. He wrapped it, I paid. This was my first ever visit to a Pandora store. It took me 5 minutes to find my item, get assistance, purchase and leave! I will buy from Pandora again. Probably pre-order from web site and pick up.
