One, I was satisfied with the sale associate that finally was able to come and help and her name was Kathleen N I believe, but she had good customer service and knew what she was talking about, but other than that before I was helped the store was very unorganized and just I was surprised I even waited and had the patience that day. . . just put it like that.

Store busy and it seemed understaffed. Staff blamed back to back sales for being low on merchandise. Staff seemed exhausted and I felt sorry for them as you could tell they were trying their best. They didn’t look to be organized and everything just seems chaotic behind counter.

The location of this store has recently changed from a lovely space with room to move within the store even if it was busy to a tiny, cramped store where, when busy, does not offer ease of shopping. Additionally, there didn't appear to be enough storage space as there were boxes set against the wall and the checkout counter was tiny. While customers are checked out at the glass cases, the counter area for employees is so small it appeared to not give them room to move easily in the space. Nor could the employees move easily within the glass case space as they were running into each other, having to move, so others could get to the merchandise underneath the cases. Don't like the space~feels like a box and lacks the class of the bigger store. Some were also commenting on the overly bright lights~a bit too much. Appears to be a pared-down-nothing-special store now~cutting costs while costs of products continue to increase or are already overpriced (which I heard several shoppers comment), which makes me wonder if they are really worth it anymore.

I waited to be helped, this was a Thursday afternoon and only 2 sales associates. I was looking for a sweet 16 charm and they were out. Very frustrating.

I was not offered a free cleaning ...it took forever for an associate to assist me...i was rushed to pick out my charms.

The Pandora I went to didn't have the sizes I needed and when I asked if they could help me find somewhere they didn't give much advice on that at all. Just suggested I went online but online didn't have them either.

Employee didn't know the difference between pandora rose and gold. No one greeted us when we walked in or asked if we needed help.

The worker did not speak to me at all when going about my concerns.I went in because my ring of only 4 months had already lost a diamond and I was lost half of the time she was getting me a new one because she didn’t even tell me i was getting a new one she just handed it to me and that’s it. Very unprofessional!!
