I was treated like I was an inconvenience. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and asked to view a few things and got an attitude. I would’ve purchased more but I wasn’t shown enough options like I requested.

One customer two associates when I came in and no one greeted or said I can be with you in a moment. Once the associate did ask what I needed I told her she showed me in the book then proceeded to talk to her coworker and then when asked for an item it wasn’t available never said let me see if another store has it or online. Once I did pick something it was is this it with irritation, I bought several pieces and she asked each time. All the while I’m looking in a book picking out my pieces while she talks to her coworkers! UNPROFESSIONAL

the sales associate was so rude. huffing and puffing throughout the entire process. my friend and i came in to buy matching rings and he wasn’t kind at all. he didn’t care to speak to us, every time we asked a question he signed. and he didn’t give me my correct change at the end. rude rude rude.

Our associate was awful. Very unhelpful, and downright rude. Couldn’t get into store, had to wait outside in a cue. (We understand the theft issue). Bottom line our associate was the worst

I shop there all the time and can't get a credit card I have credit card but pandora want give one

Walked in greeted with a good smile. I unfortunately got stuck with the unhappy sales person. I was a total inconvenience to her. Didn’t feel like she appreciated the $200+ sale at all.

We stood in line for a few mins. We heard someone say NNEEXXT. It was a lady from behind a counter across the store yelling for us to come in. Very unpleasing I say I saw charms that were 27 to 35 online for this store. She says yea our store doesn't match what's online. she pulls out 4 charms that were on sale. Then they ask me what do I want to see? Well if I you don't match whats online how do I even know what I want to see. I felt overly rushed and I just said do you have anything with an M on it. She Gave me that one and I bought it. She didn't offer anything to me it's like I had to already know what I wanted before I came to the store. I honestly didn't even look around. It felt so much like figure it out before you come to the store. The vibe was off and I just bought whatever. I'm going to return to a different Pandora and real help . She wasn't mean at all, she just didn't want to be there and I felt it. I was sad because I've wanted to purchase from Pandora for years and had never been in one of the stores. For my first time visiting I didn't like it. Sorry to say, but after this I'm going back to Alexis and Ani. They at least make you feel welcomed. Sorry.

The product I was shopping for was shown on line as being available in the store but when I got to the store it was out of stock

Older black woman who assisted me with my purchase told me that it doesn’t take this long to pick out charms.

Sales associate seemed careless. I addressed a ring on the 6 tray was an 8.5, she put it back on the tray. I asked to see the same ring in a 7.5 and bought it. She rung it up as a 9 and gave me a 6. Didn’t notice until I left the store.
