More expensive than listed, mixed items in order, mislabeled items in order.

The sales person was not friendly at all. It was like we were a inconvience to her

The customer service rep was very rude it seemed like she had an attitude she was not pleasant to deal with she was knowledgeable about the stuff in the store

There were very few options available in the store and the sales person was not familiar with the charms that I was asking for. She did not show us all the collections. She was not familiar with the return process either and had to ask someone for help

Merchandise given as a gift over 30 days and very unsatisfied store unwilling to help me and gave me the wrong information

The sale associate Jessica said she was going to call me regarding my bracelet. Jessica said she was going to call me the very next day. I visited the store on 1/17/2021. Today is 1/21/2021 and I still haven't received a call from her yet. Very unhappy. I have tried calling the store no answer and the voicemail box is full.

The selection options for charms was very minimal. A friend of mine was there about a month ago and said the same thing. They need to stock up. There may have been 80 charms max to choose from.

Sales associate could offer little help In making a selection. Selection of merchandise was terrible. Was told on the phone prior to my visit that the selection was good. Never again!

Took back a broken bracelet and got another one but went back the next day to buy a charm and the clerk said good thing you came back this bracelet is broken also and probably would have fallen off they not only gave us another broken bracelet we ask for a charm with her birth stone and she said they didn’t have any the next day the other clerk said we have your birth stone.

Sales associate was a little clueless and didn't offer me options. I was shopping for a birthday. I had to ask for each category. Out of anything related to the colored stones. Was offered to order online. I could have done that from home and that is why I stopped in the store to view them!
