I was told a 60 minutes wait and was waiting 3.5 hours. For it to be Christmas the store had nothing available. The wait list on the tablet was all around the store. Associates seemed very irritated

Called for limited edition Mickey 90 year charm and the store put it in the side for me which was great. Went to store and purchased a second charm and paid for both and upon returning home gave to my wife when we found the Mickey charm was not in box. Had to drive back to store again

The store moved and did not have new phone number available, the sales person wasn’t knowledgeable or helpful. A 10 minute visit took almost a hour!

Well She I walked In the sales Lady look right at me. NO hello I'll be with you in a minute, Just nothing. I think was really rude!! It took her over 25 or so then she said I'll be with you. Now tell me what you think!

The day I went was a busy day and the staff handled that very well, I did not mind the wait. My issue was with the sales person, I don’t know if she was new or what, but the she was not very knowledgeable on the products or did she appear to want to help me figure out or look for something i wanted, so i just Picked one and left the store not feeling very satisfied with my Mother’s Day gift. I ultimately went to the jewelry store across from pandora and purchased another charm and got the help i was looking for. I plan on returning the other one.

The individual that waied on me was very snippy. When I told her the charms that I wanted, she told me they were sold out. I pointed out that there was one in a corner display. Her reply was, "all right then". That was the amount of interaction I got from her for the rest of the transaction. I know they were busy, what with Mother's Day & all, however, she could have said, "I'm so glad you spotted there. We've been so busy, that one slipped my mind". Her name was Mya.

I am disappointed with my overall experience with Pandora at both locations--Mayfair and Bayshore Mall. I received a gift from my husband at Christmas. The bracelet was too small. First, I went to the Mayfair Mall location since this is where he purchased it, the day after Christmas. It was busy. However, after waiting a long time, I was told by the salesperson that there was none available but there may be some additional bracelets coming in on Jan 15th. There was little compassion or care in helping me in anyway...The next day, I went to Bayshore. This was a far worse experience. I was ignored by the salesclerks even though there were few people in the store. However, when a good looking male came in, a clerk helped him right away. The rest were busy what looked like restocking or shuffling items around. Hmmmm....after awhile a clerk looked up and helped. BUT it was the worst customer service. I left completely dissatisfied and without a bracelet. The only hope was when I took my husband with me back to Mayfair where the manager spoke to us. We left again without a bracelet...But we will be back to see if I ever do get a bracelet I can wear. Maybe I can get one by Valentines' D

Didn’t have any of the charms that i liked In the store but had them in the book! It took way to long to find others due to the product not available. If any product isn’t available it should don’t be on display in store or in the display book.
