Stuff not very friendly. I wanted to get free earrings with over $100 purchase either one off two stores in Milwaukee had them i ended up getting ring instead nothing i was looking for at first. Assosiate told me they cant order the earrings for me

Right when I walked in the store, the associate had a very bad attitude. She said I didn’t know what I was talking about and was not happy with the selection I chose. I have NEVER been so disappointed and embarrassed at the customer service before. She definitely made me feel like I was a bother and not worthy enough to be helped.

The salesperson Cara D was the absolute worse to work with. She was rude, sarcastic and not friendly at all. Her disposition is very off putting and if i decide to return to this store again, i hope that i don’t have to work with her again. In fact, i will more than likely wait for another salesperson. She needs some training in the customer service area. She did thank us and greet us and that was the only pleasant thing that happened. Also the charms that i orders online looked nothing like the picture and i had to exchange all of them. We need more variety for charms and larger ones. The clips are the prettiest charms

The sales associate Brittany was awful. She was so rude. I came into buy 3 charms and only bought 1 because her attitude and customer service was awful.

The sales associate acted like I was an inconvenience to her. She had zero idea which items I was asking for. When she finally found the item I was looking for, she tossed it on the counter.

I was satisfied with my experience.

I've purchased three separate rings at pandora and I've had to come back into the store to have them replaced over 4 times due to the fact that the stones kept falling off. Mind you I purchased these pieces about 5 months ago for my wedding anniversary. I'm not happy about the quality of the rings due to the stones constantly falling off. I feel bad constantly coming back to the padora store to have them replaced.

They lady who sold me my charm purposely gave me a charm missing a rhinestone she thoroughly checked it before she sold it to me I was in a rush because I’m a business woman so I didn’t notice until I left I was really upset kind of sad that someone would be rude to me I also have a disability I’d rather not disclose so it’s sad that ppl like me are treated as such even tho I lack no financial problems I go through things like everyone else I’m also very popular in my hometown I believe the girl knew about my disability and used it against me I pray that someone gets to the bottom of this

The cosutmer was rude and avoided what I asked for instead she brought out something she thought I would want which was incorrect and did not clean my jewelry

I took my bracelets to get cleaned and the store manager cleaned off the original color of my bracelet.
