I only came into this store to purchase the Mulan charm that was being released that day. I called the day prior to ensure it was in stock and Jessica verified and confirmed it was. The day I went in Cara was behind the back counter it appeared scrolling on her phone and greeted upon entering and nothing more. After 2 minutes or more I had to request her to come to the front counter so I could purchase the charm.

The store was very busy and had a list to serve customers fairly and in order. We all patiently waited. Then a store associate served one of her friends not next on list. This friend had three other friends with her. The older gentleman was next and they were taking forever. So he finally spoke up about the four people who skipped. Keep in mind he had waited well over a hour. I stood Up for him and the four women were completely acting “inappropriately/ ghetto”. At one point I actually felt unsafe. Finally managers came out from back / break and started serving customers. I will NEVER shop at pandora again. Not go to that mall.

The sale's associate Kara was very rude. She was being incredibly sarcastic with all customers and making them feel like the customers are inconvincening her by waiting until the last minute to do christmas shopping. Additionally, the staff needed a better organization system because there was no one to sign people up in line for assistance. The store was also messy and the Kara struggled to find the products we were looking for.

I came across two charms / separators priced at $45 which I have a picture of and was told that they were not sold together for that price listed. Which I felt was really unfair and falsely advertised.

Sales lady was not friendly at all. It being the Christmas Holiday season she never smiled once. She only wanted to show me items I picked from out of a book, then they didnt hardly had any of them! She woulnt show me any others! She was an awlful sales person!

Where do I even begin is the question!!! I’m a long time and valued (VIP) customer at Pandora. I have spent thousands of dollars on Pandora merchandise over the years. However, today was a different story!!! I came in to exchange a bangle bracelet, as the clasp periodically pops open. Due to this manufacturing issue, I have now lost 2 charms (the whole piece was a gift to my mother who’s new to Pandora). I spoke to the store supervisor at the time who informed me that Pandora can NOT and will NOT replace the 2 missing charms as this is not included in the manufacturing warranty. The true issue here is that I would have NEVER lost those 2 charms if it wasn’t for YOUR manufacturing issues. I lost the 2 charms while they were on the malfunctioning bangle bracelet!!! To a consumer, how is that MY fault? I would HIGHLY not recommend this store to anyone I know. I have always spoken very highly of this store up until this point. The customer service I received was a disgrace and unapologetic to the issues I had. I want to speak to someone regarding these issues. Please call me at 414-305-4156. Thank you!

I went to Mayfair Pandora store to in July to exchange a ring for a size 6 that I purchased online. I was told the sales associate would order the ring for me to exchange. She took my name and phone number. I went back into the store on August 10 and spoke with Kevin the manager. He told me it can take a while for it to come in. This had been a month. He supposedly checked and said it was never ordered. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service. It was now close to the 30 day exchange for the online order. He signed the receipt and said it would be ok to exchange when the ring came in. On 09/08/18 I called the store to see if the ring had come in as I still had not received a phone call. I spoke to Kevin the manager again and he said he would check when I told him I haven’t received a phone call as his words were it could have fallen through the cracks. That is not acceptable customer service! The ring was available in a size 6. I told him I’ve been waiting for the ring since July when it was never ordered. He did not apologize for the poor customer service. I will not be shopping at this location again. I will drive further to shop at another Pandora store.
