there was about 5 workers and i asked to see a bracelet i wanted to purchase noone paid attention so i left, then i came back still didnt grt help so i had to tell the manager

The sales associate measured my braclet incorrectly three times, issued my receipt im the wrong name and it was an issue receiving the correct item,

I asked for a product in the catalogue, the sales associate only said they did not have it in the color that I wanted, so I bought another color together with a charm, and when I was leaving I saw a gift set that would have been a better option because it had the bracelet in the color that I wanted with earrings for a better price!
