It is not often when leaving an establishment especially during the tough times we’ve had lately that you feel happy, warm and welcomed. I was treated with the most respect and kindness. It made my day and shows how important it is to just pay it forward & be genuine to others. I love the people of Pandora.

The Sales Associate Alan was extremely nice and helpful. He took his time and provided customer service with a smile and positive attitude. Alan was very informative and pleasurable to shop with.

A woman named Reem assisted me and I had never been to a Pandora store before but she was super knowledgeable and took care of me perfectly. I was shopping for my mom’s birthday and she helped me created something truly unique and made my day, you can’t put a price tag on that. I was in and out quickly and she told me exactly what to expect. I can’t wait to give my mom her gift today!

A friendly knowledgeable staff member at the Mayfair Mall assisted me in my purchase. She was very efficient and guided me through my purchase with ease. The staff in the store all projected a positive welcoming atmosphere.

The sales associate was able to quickly find the items I was looking for. She also was very kind and did not rush me as it was close to closing time. I left the store with everything I wanted.

Grace was very friendly and really good at recommending me with my daughters bracelet and charms. I will be back to come buy more stuff for me and my kids
