I was highly satisfied with my visit to Pandora because of the very lit up store. Also because Reem the associate that helped me also helped me with my return on the first purchase which was my fault guessing a size, but she helped me exchange it and was very knowable about the charms. I also loveeeeeeeeeeeee her bracelet. Hope i can fill one up like that.

They are so kind and so fast with our stuff. The line is only there because so many people want to go in and not because the employees are slow. They are fast and great at multitasking and listening. Everything is so cute and the ethos is great.

I went in with the intention of purchasing a ring for myself. The young woman who helped me was very patient, nice, and helpful! She made helpful suggestions and did not rush me. I really appreciated that. There was a line with a few people waiting to gt into the store and she did not make me feel like I had to think fast because they were busy. I purchased two rings and I am very happy with my selections!
