The sales associate was extremely friendly and personable. She made recommendations of charms and truly helped with the selection. She was thoughtful and funny. I typically shop at this Pandora location, but would definitely shop with Julie again.

I went into the store just to replace a ring and ended up connecting with a worker who helped me pick out a bracelet as well. Her knowledge and expertise on what I was looking for was great. I ended up getting something that I’ve been looking for for a long time.
