Jessica was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t even noticed that one of my charms was broken and she replaced it no charge to me. She cleaned my bracelet too and even gave me tips on how to put it on n off since I wear acrylic nails. Even though two of the charms I wanted were out of stock, she gave me great recommendations. I will definitely be back to this location again.
