our sales associate was very friendly, listened to my daughters needs and questions and gave not one option but multiple for her to look at. Very attentive, great selection even in the "last chance" section. While there saw, what I assume was the manager, cleaning off areas previous customers had been in. Manager asked questions to other employees and gave the impression of kindness to her staff. Loved our associate and hope to see her again soon.

I went into the store and stated that my charm had broken, and showed them the pieces with no issues they exchanged the item. The lady had amazing customer service skills and was very friendly. She was very professional, and knowledgeable of the products, and gave me great advice. I look forward to purchasing more items in the near future.
