Being that I'm new to Pandora family the way the sales staff took time to walk me through the buying process was amazing! My sales associate Cara was patient, asked numerous of questions to understand "ME"! I so love her and can't wait to add to my bracelets.

I was satisfied with everything was fine and the sales lady was really nice and helpful. I was happy that the item I want was in the store> I was at Mayfair store which it was a little hard to locator the Pandora store. It's was down a lane.
