The sales associate I worked with was very helpful. She helped me find the perfect bracelet and charms to go with it. One of the charms I wanted was out of stock in the store and she helped me order it online to be shipped to my home. Overall a great experience.

The associate who was assisting had just had a death in the family but I wouldn’t had known if it was for her co worker offering her condolences. She was kind and patient with me even though she was grieving!
