I was looking for a charm that I wanted for Mother's day and I couldn't believe they still had it in stock. My bracelet was cleaned by sales assistant. She suggested that I should buy some clips to keep my charms in place.

My associate was very friendly and recommended some charms based on me and my likes. She was friendly and knowledgeable to everything I asked. She showed me her bracelets and charms and the meaning of them all

I ordered some stuff online and it didn’t fit my bracelet. I brought it back to exchange it and they were closing the man help me anyways. Which was great customer service. When I stay an hour away. Thanks

Customer service was very good. She was very helpful. Made the process very easier since it was my first time there.

I love pandora there just a few things I’m upset about. One is no one my first two purchases told me about the survey and how you can stack them until my third visit and I spent a lot of money within a month. Then your company send me another survey to my email at like 4am I go to do survey at 10am and says not available and I could not find an email to send to. I even took picture to show your company. Other than that I love your jewelry wish there was more love rose gold option or sales. I don’t ever see any sales. I spent over a thousand in a month.
