I care in looking to purchase a gift for myself and was amazed by how much the had in stock. Reem was friendly and even showed me a new line that came out a few days ago. Some items I wanted were out of stock but Reem showed me charms that were just a lovely. Overall a GREAT experience.

Assisting with customer and not trying to get them to buy something just so they could make a sale but being honest and giving a honest opinion on a selection that a customer is unsure about getting an how it really looks being put together on bracelets ! 4. I had a young lady by the name of Hailey S.that was so patient with me and my mom to the point where I was bringing my mom in to get a bracelet because I have two full bracelets already and I loved her personality, patient and honestly to the point that I brought another bracelet and also a number 60 charm because I just had a birthday in January!

My sales associate was very knowledgeable of current sale and up coming events. She helped with picking out charms for my daughters and even sold me a bracelet. She also know the different collections and what was in the current catalog and what wasn't. She made my transaction quick and effiecent.
