I went into Pandora with my sister to choose a matching bracelet, the girl who helped us was extremely friendly and personable. She was super sweet and made real conversation with us, not just small talk! She was wonderful!

Erica was very Professional she even went out of her way to recommend charms and a safe charm lock it She recommended something that really caught my eye and I had to spend more money which I had no problem doing very great customer service.
