Reem the Pandora sales associate was very professional and knowledgeable. She immediately started showing me all the charms my step daughter would love. I gave my stepdaughter her gifts that night and she was so in love with them she cried! I am coming back to buy more for my other stepdaughter this coming week. Reem should get a promotion! I was highly satisfied with the exchange process. I was missing a stone already from a ring I purchased in May. I wasn't sure if the associate would return the merchandise. I have never had a problem with any of my other Pandora purchases.

Our salesperson Kara was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Pandora line and helped me narrow down the type of bracelet I wanted to give my daughter for Christmas. She gave me the pros and cons of each type of bracelet and I appreciated her honesty when making my decision. I was in the store for a long time, second-guessing my decision-making, but she was able to help me decide on the best type for my daughter.
