I am highly satisfied with my purchase, and the sales associate. The sale associate was so amazing, she went over and beyond to make sure I was happy.

This was my first time shopping at Pandora and I was very impressed with the sales associate who helped me. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I did not like the idea of having to stand in a line outside of the store and wait to be called in however. I felt like that didn’t give me time to go in and browse like at a normal jewelry store, so I felt a bit rushed when it was finally my turn to go inside because there were other people waiting in line outside of the store. If that goes away, then my shopping experience would be “highly satisfied” across the board.

Brittany has excellent customer service skills. She took the time to clean my bracelets and organized my charms. She was great!
