The woman who helped us was focused solely on us. She mage the return and exchange process ver easy. She helped us pick out a charm for my daughters birthday with her suggestions and knowledge of the inventory.

Our Sales associate Kate was very pleasant. She didn’t treat us like a sale.She treated us like friends and was very informative. Knew all the answers to our questions. Was a very enjoyable experience.

I was looking for a ring to match the necklace that was given to me a year ago but I didn’t expect to actually find it! I walked in to try to find it and immediately was assisted by an employee who knew exactly where it was! I’m pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my purchase.

When I first walked into the store I was greeted by the store manager Brad and was provided with great assistance. The store was very clean and smelling great. The store lights were illuminating and bright.
