I look forward to talking with my Sales Associate, he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the merchandise. He also helps me with deals of sale items. I'm totally addicted to Pandora!

Excellent customer service.

I ran into a problem that occurred with Cara, I called to speak with a manager Brad and he was not available, I was told to come today 6-15-19 after 1pm. I arrived Brad attentive, courteous and resolved the problem. Brad handled this matter professionally and made a great decision. I am glad I was able to walk into the store and get this issue resolved. He greats 5 stars!!! Brad is the only sales person I would like to work with for future sales. Thanks Brad awesome job!!!

The bracelet that I wanted was sold out online but my local store had it in stock. The sales girl who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. Since I was a new customer to Pandora, she helped me feel better about my purchase.

Reem the sales lead was extremely friendly and helpful. She greeted us as soon as we entered and asked how she could help us. She made the exchange (received bracelet complete w charms as gift and needed a longer bracelet)process very easy. She apologized for only having one bracelet choice in length I needed. But I liked it. She then put the charms back on in a very nice arrangement and I bought one more charm as new length gave me room. She was very efficient as other sales associates were asking her questions. All the staff were very nice and made the experience very pleasant. Store is light and bright and displays are nicely arranged. Reem explained the guarantee and that they were always available for assistance. She represents Pandora very well. All the staff seemed to get along very well. We were the only ones there when we walked in but it then got very busy. Very good shopping experience. Reem has exceptional customer service. Thank you.
