My husband bought me two ring for mother’s day last year. The crown ring was missing a stone I went in to return it but they couldn’t find my email or my husbands email in order to return the ring. The manager was there and did the exchange and had me put my email address again. I’m very satisfied and grateful for the manager at Mayfair Pandora. Thank you

Mya W was awesome I bought a bracket in Huston and wasn’t able to return it but she clearly and nicely explain the return policy! She also was very patient why I choose more charms she had great customer service I appreciated her
