I was there to get a memorial piece my mom passed in November and her birthday is in April. So I knew I wanted something with diamonds / sparkle. This was my first visit to Pandora so I didn't know what to expect. But Nicholette G #175974 was very helpful she gave me a variety of bracelets to look at. Then she suggested the perfect charm to start with and the clips. So I was very please with the total service and just love my bracelet.

The clerk was very helpful, this is the first time I have purchased a Pandora bracelet and wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. He took the time to show me many of the items available.

My sales associate Nicholette id #175974 was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I enjoyed working with her.

The atmosphere was comfortable and the staff were friendly, however they could have had a few more sales representatives available. Then again it could have been a sudden rush of customers. The only thing I found troubling was when my sisters and I walked in the store no one acknowledged our presence, we waited 20 minutes before the manager came and helped us. I will go back again. As a business owner I let my staff know you always smile and acknowledge a client/customer when they come in with a smile.
