Was purchasing a bracelet for my Granddaughter. Our salesperson, Erica, was extremely helpful with her ideas, which included size of bracelet, amount of charms, clasps, etc. She even went as far as putting extra charms on the bracelet to make sure the size was correct. Thanks to Pandora and Erica - - our visit and purchase went well.

I was able to find something that I loved. The sales people were extremely nice. It was clear that the sales people knew what they were doing, where everything was, and how to help the customer find something that they would continue to love in the future.

I like the fact that there was a sign in sheet. The store was very clean and has great lighting.
