Store was super crowded - salespeople moved it right along - they were very knowledgeable and helpful.

The item I wanted to purchase was sold out, but was able to get the display.

Sale person was very open and friendly. She asked questions to see what piece worked better for my lifestyle. She took the time to not only try and make a sale but to make it personal... I will buy from her again... great job

I wasn't highly satisfied with Pandora experience

The two ladies who helped me were both so nice and personable. It was busy there but they helped me as soon as possible. They smiled and looked me in the eye and as I said very personable and friendly:

I was completely satisfied because it was a lot of options to choose from. I like the condensed choices for gold, silver, and rose gold. I like that they were multiple charms to choose from.
