The courtesy, friendliness, and positive attitude of Monica G. & the assistant manager (Angelica O.) made shopping for my wife a pleasure.

Clerk was super helpful. No matter how many questions we had she took time to show us the product and answer the questions.

The main reasons for that rating is that the Sales Associate, Angie, was very knowledgeable and knew where everything was. And that the store carried the items I saw online.

I was only dissatisfied that the red & green rockette charm was not available in this store. While online I saw that it was ‘limited’ I didn’t interprete that as limited to NYC. Otherwise shopping experience was great! And of course the sales staff could not resolve this issue!!

Kathleen N 166651 was very helpful during my visit. She knew her on hand inventory and provided PPC option for the weekend. I was disappointed that red&green rockettes charm was not available in the store. The in store wait wasn’t too bad for a weekend. Thanks to all the staff that assisted!
