Prices are high but for a quality product. Great selection that is always updating. Would be awesome to be able to trade in items that you may be done with, to update or improve the over look of the bracelet.

They help pick out charms and they clean my bracelet.

Patrice is lovely. More reserve/quiet sales rep but respectable and provided me with trays of what I was looking for. Also a keen eye for detail as she noticed charms were placed in incorrect slots, with a different monetary value. Extremely patient and I didn't feel rushed or like Patrice was annoyed. Welcoming atmosphere and made the experience quick, simple, in and out of the store.
