I came in to kill time after an eye doctor's appointment. My eyes were still dilated and I was unable to see clearly. I informed, Kate, the associate that I was looking to buy a charm to represent strength because I was going through medical challenges. I also told her I was looking to replace a charm that I lost. Because I couldn't see clearly, I told her that I would need a lot of help. Kate was amazing. She guided me through the charms; she described the charms to me and allowed me to feel and touch them as she described them because I couldn't see clearly. She was so attentive and so helping that it was truly an amazing experience. She picked out the PERFECT charm (Spiritual Feather) to represent strength and immediately found the charm (Hearts of Freedom) that I lost. When it was time to close the transaction, she even helped me with my card transaction. She really made me feel like the most important customer in the store. As we were wrapping up, another customer came in, she politely greeted them while continuing to give me the attention and time I needed without making them feel ignored. I can't say enough how amazing Kate was!
